Shipping Policy

1. Domestic shipments.
Casablanca Med Spa ships throughout the United States, except for some states such as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northem Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S Virgin Island.

2. Delivery Times.
Generally, orders are delivered on the shipping date one business day after your payment is confirmed. Once delivered to the logistics operator, you will receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, for all destinations defined above.

3. When does the delivery time start to elapse?.
It is important to note that:
– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed from Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you receive the payment confirmation and from that day you have the delivery time.
– If the payment of your purchase is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time is available from the next business day of the confirmation of your payment.
– You should also keep in mind that only orders that occur before 4:00 p.m. count as same day; all orders that occur after 4:00 p.m. will be counted as official delivery time from the following day.

4. Notifications.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you that it has been delivered to the carrier.

5. Order Status.
Many carriers offer the option to track the shipment on their website, just with the tracking number of the shipment you can get information about the status of your shipments.

6. Costs.
The shipping has a cost of 6 USD to the destinations defined in section 1 of these policies, if a different rate applies for any concept, you will be informed before placing your order.

8. Recommendations
What should I take into account at the moment of receiving my order?
You must check very well the packaging and verify that they are in perfect condition in the company of the carrier before signing the waybill. In case you notice a damage in the packaging do not receive the product or sign the waybill, if you sign without checking you will lose the right to claim.
In order for the claim to be valid you must keep the original packaging, in addition to not showing evidence of use.
Please note that you must contact the Customer Service line +1 (713) 349 0026 within 24 hours of delivery, where you must provide complete and clear information, the advisor will request photographic evidence of the packaging and the product where you will have a maximum of 3 calendar days to send the photographs, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
